How Can I Cancel?

When your initial 3 month contract has ended, you will be placed into a rolling 30 day contract. After the initial period of 3 months, you can click the 'Manage My Subscription' button at any time and choose the 'Cancel My Subscription' button. This will stop any future payments on your account.


Why Can't I click the 'Update My Subscription' button?

This button will only become clickable once your initial 3 month subscription has ended.


What is MyOmniPass Gold?

MyOmniPass Gold is exclusively available for MyOmniPass members who have had their account for over 3 months. All members are updated automatically to enjoy new benefits including unlimited pre-booking of movies both online and in-cinema (as long as they don't overlap, and you only see a movie once).


How can I get access to MyOmniPass Gold?

You will be automatically upgraded to MyOmniPass Gold after your 3 month initial subscription has passed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  1. This Black Friday promotion runs from Friday, 28th November 2025 to Monday, 1st December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
  2. Customers who purchase £30 (UK) or €40 (ROI) (or more) in Omniplex e-gift cards online or on the Omniplex App during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) complimentary ticket voucher for every qualifying purchase.
    Note: The “free ticket” promoted in marketing materials refers to a ticket voucher that can be redeemed online at the Omniplex website or in-cinema.
  3. Complimentary ticket vouchers will be issued via email to eligible customers on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025.
    Omniplex will endeavour to deliver all vouchers by this date; however, in the event of any unforeseen delays, vouchers will be sent as soon as possible thereafter.
    By completing a qualifying purchase during the Promotional Period, customers agree to be contacted via email for the purpose of receiving their ticket voucher(s).
    If you do not receive your voucher, please check your junk/spam folder and ensure Omniplex emails are not blocked. If still not received, contact feedback@omniplex.ie.
  4. Complimentary ticket vouchers:
    • Are valid only for Super Saver seat types when booking online or in-cinema for a standard 2D screening.
    • At Nutgrove Omniplex LUX, where Super Saver seating is not available, vouchers can be redeemed in the Saver section.
    • Cannot be redeemed against any premium seating, screenings, or formats, including but not limited to: Sofa Beds, The Avenue Belfast, The Avenue Sunderland, 3D screenings, Event Cinema screenings, Special Screenings (including MyOmniPass exclusive screenings, premieres, or private events).
    • Are subject to age restrictions, availability, and seating capacity.
    • May be site-specific, territory-specific, and/or day-specific in accordance with the promotional terms.
    • Are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash outside the terms of this promotion.
  5. Complimentary ticket vouchers expire 2 years from the date of issue.
    This is a one-time-use voucher. Once redeemed or expired, it becomes void.
  6. Admission is subject to queues, seating availability, and film certification guidelines (BBFC/IFCO).
  7. Surcharges for premium formats and screenings may apply, where applicable.
  8. Omniplex reserves the right to cancel vouchers if misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is suspected.
  9. Omniplex reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
