How Can I Cancel?

When your initial 3 month contract has ended, you will be placed into a rolling 30 day contract. After the initial period of 3 months, you can click the 'Manage My Subscription' button at any time and choose the 'Cancel My Subscription' button. This will stop any future payments on your account.

Why Can't I click the 'Update My Subscription' button?

This button will only become clickable once your initial 3 month subscription has ended.

What is MyOmniPass Gold?

MyOmniPass Gold is exclusively available for MyOmniPass members who have had their account for over 3 months. All members are updated automatically to enjoy new benefits including unlimited pre-booking of movies both online and in-cinema (as long as they don't overlap, and you only see a movie once).

How can I get access to MyOmniPass Gold?

You will be automatically upgraded to MyOmniPass Gold after your 3 month initial subscription has passed.

  1. This offer is valid only from Friday, 10th May to Sunday, 12th May at the Birmingham MAXX Screen location.

  2. Only full-priced ticketholders of the MAXX screen are eligible to avail of this offer. Exclusions apply to MyOmnipass holders, complimentary ticket holders, and voucher ticket holders.

  3. The default offer entitles the customer to receive one regular-sized popcorn per full-priced ticket. This offer is non-substitutable and is exclusively applicable to popcorn. If the customer declines the popcorn, no alternative will be provided.

  4. If the customer has purchased a Large-sized drink, they have the option to upgrade to a larger size at no additional cost.

  5. Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

  6. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

  7. The offer is subject to availability and while stocks last.

  8. By participating in this offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
